Ubiquity Records is an American independent record label, established in 1990 and widely recognized as the first U.S. label dedicated to rare groove, funk, and soul reissues.

Over time, Ubiquity has expanded into a broad, genre-fluid catalog that spans hip hop, electronic, funk, Latin, soul, jazz, singer-songwriter projects, and beyond, while maintaining a deep respect for musical lineage and craft.
